Configuration (Remote):
Folder structure setup (up to 100 folders) with permission controls
Define up to 20 roles, 5 approval workflows, and 6 issue categories (12 types)
Create 3 custom forms, 3 RFI workflows, and 2 submittal workflows
Upload 1 project schedule and generate 1 sample workplan
Digital form provided pre-engagement to streamline requirements capture
Training (8.5 hrs total + 30-min kickoff):
Admin & Docs Training (4 hrs): Navigation, setup, issue tracking, transmittals, and review workflows
Build Training (4 hrs): Forms, RFIs, submittals, meetings, photos, and schedule workflows
Follow-Up (1 hr): Q&A and feature deep dive
Kickoff (30 mins): Technical checks and setup review
Delivered remotely via Microsoft Teams
Requires active Autodesk subscriptions
Training capped at 6 users
Must commence within 8 weeks of PO, valid for 6 months
Full payment required upfront
